I am the owner of a small (5 employee) insurance brokerage office. We facilitate underwriting between the consumer and the selling broker. Most of our work is by email or the web. I have worked with xcesslogic now over a year and continue to retain their services for an ongoing bigger custom application project as well as web hosting and website editing on an as needed basis. I had a difficult time selecting the 3 Attributes requested by this review because while the ones I selected are accurate for nature of his work, what makes me want to work with xcesslogic are their outstanding communication and project facilitation skills combined with being an easy to work with personable individual. xcesslogic does what they says they will do and by the time they promised it. Working from US via email/web with someone across the globe (in this case India) can either be easy, or it can be the most frustrating project ever undertaken. Because of Akash’s communication and project management skills, the process is efficient and non-stressful. In the end, one expects the technical skills when retaining services for technical work. Its the soft skills in any industry that makes a person stand out. If you have a project you need help with, you should consult with xcesslogic about it. You’ll be glad you did
